YIZKOR MEMORIAL BOOKLET

This year we are putting together a listing of all the names of loved ones to be remembered during Yizkor at Chabad. Having all these names compiled in one booklet, as is customary in many communities, brings everyone together as one family and brings an added measure of dignity and merit to the souls of our loved ones. Memory is especially powerful when the past is an inspiration.

Yizkor prayers are said in the Synagogue on Yom Kippur and on the last day of each of the Festivals of Passover, Shavuot and Sukkot. Yizkor is an auspicious time and opportunity to connect with our loved ones. In these prayers we ask G‑d to 'remember' the souls of family and friends who have passed away.

To participate, please fill out the form below. The memorialized names will be recited by Rabbi Avrohom Blesofsky as part of the Yizkor prayer even if you are unable to attend. All those who submit names for the Yizkor Book will receive a copy.

Submissions for the Yizkor Book will be accepted until Thursday, September 24, 6:00 PM.
